OUR PRODUCTION LINES

  •  Automatic Bakery Plant for 1-Row production of pita bread with production capacity of up to 2000 loaves/hour, and with a loaf diameter ranging between 14 and 40cm as required.

  • Automatic Bakery Plant for 2-Rows production of pita Bread with a production capacity of upto 4000 loaves/hour, and with a loaf diameter ranging between 14 and 40cm as required.

  • Automatic Bakery Plant for 4 –Rows production of pita bread with a production capacity of upto 12000 loaves /hour, and with a loaf diameter ranging between 10 and 23 cm as required.

 IMPORTANT TIPS

  • The optimal space needed for the installation of the whole plant sould be about 14 to 16 meters length and 4 meters width.

  • All the dimensions of specified machineries can be altered and adjusted to available space according to presented location plans.

  • Layout of production line can be changed to suit individual requirements and building configurations.

  • All the electrical equipment can be fitted to suit any specified power source.

  • All controls are simple and give capability for instant variation of weight ,size ,thickness of dough and speed of production without stopping the machines.

  • All the units are mechanically simplified, minimizing the need of their maintenance.

  • All the machineries are carefully designed in compliance with safety and health regulations.

  • Labor needed to operate the plant is one skilled worker specialized in dough preparation.
