[ Douch Divider / Rounder ]

This machine of high performance divides the dough into equal portion at equal intervals. This unit is equipped with a special dough pressing device to slightly flatten the dough balls, and with a flour siffer to spray them with flour when necessary. These balls are thereafter automatically conveyed to the intermediate Proofer. The required weights of dough balls, can be easily selected by an appropriate built-in device. Available in various types.

First Proofer

The divided dough balls coming out of the Automatic divider are neatly dropped into the multi-belt proofing tunnel with five superposed conveyor belts, to undergo a first leavening process. These belts are made of high quality decay - resistant and dough repulsing non-stick material; they are fitted on rollers with middle groove to hold the specials V-guide aligning the belt to ensure an accurately balanced running.
The lateral sides of the machines are covered with sliding transparent Plexiglas windows, isolating the leavening process from external atmosphere, allowing as well easy visual control of dough balls movement and easy access during and maintenance.
The machine is driven by a variable speed motor permitting to adjust the leavening time from 6 to 30 minutes as required, it is a available in various types as shown here below.

2 flatteners characterize this machine:
The first give an elliptical shape and the second a circular shape with unifoam thickness assured by a hard chromed made cylinders. An electropneumatical system links two flatteners. All parts in contact are stainless steel made and hard chrome. Easy to maintain and clean. All rotating parts are covered to assure the workers safety.

Final proofer

The rounded dough sheets coming from Automatic Flattener are moved into the Final Proofer to undergo a last leavening process. They are automatically conveyed thereafter to the oven for the baking process. Disposed as a multi-belt proofing channel on a good looking and sturdy body, the conveying belts are made of high quality decay-resident, non-toxic and dough repulsing non-stick material, fitted on rollers with middle groove dolding the V-guide fixed in the middle of the belt, to align the belts and ensure an accurately balanced running. The lateral sides of the machines can be fitted, with transparent plexiglass sliding windows for isolation of the leavening process from external atmosphere. Driven by a variable speed motor permitting easy adjustment of the leavening time from 8 to 40 minutes as required.

Tunnel Oven


[ Tunnel Oven ]

   A direct combustion burner (Gas or Diesel) of 350Kw energy. Where the temperature will achieve 800cn the bricks where it will emit infrared radiation that colorizes the bread. A stainless-steel conveyer (heat resistant) delivers the dough through the oven. All mechanical parts are specially designed to resist the heat. The bread is conveyed, after leaving the oven, for ideal cooling, before it reaches the packing area. These cooling conveyors are made of aluminum and stainless-steel, operate smoothly and noiselessly, without friction, for a longer life-time operation. it is available in various sizes, shapes and measures to sult your needs (straight,90 or 180 degrees). It could be mantled spirally on the ground, or fixed up under the roof, depending on the available area.
